About Our Professional Staff:

Bruce Duncan
Bruce founded North Carlton Osteopathy in 1998. In his twenty years as an osteopath, Bruce has treated everyone from infants to international athletes. He has been Osteopath to the Australian Open Tennis Tournament since 2004, lectured at RMIT for five years, and has never stopped teaching and learning.

Carl Ridgeway
Carl joined North Carlton Osteopathy in 2002, bringing with him years of experience in physical education and the practical application of Osteopathy. He has taught at RMIT and Victoria University, and is currently senior lecturer at Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy. He has a passion for postural analysis and the prescriptive value of exercise.

Jennifer Guy
Jennifer brings to the clinic a first-hand understanding of how enhanced mobility can improve quality of life. With a keen interest in health and fitness – and a further qualification as a Pilates instructor – Jennifer joined the practice in 2006.

Richard Walsh
Richard's experience in elite sport and rehabilitation is unparalleled – physiologist to the Sri Lankan Cricket team, Australian Rowing and Hockey Squads, manager of the 2000 Olympic Taekwondo team, and lecturer in Anatomy and Exercise Physiology since 1991. His dedication to Osteopathy is the direct result of his desire to help anyone achieve their full potential.

Kale Mazurek
Kale's interest in Osteopathy grew out of his own painful experiences with sports injuries, and a firm belief that good health is achieved through the ideal balance of active body and positive mind. A graduate of RMIT, Kale’s studies focused on the stress-reducing benefits of Osteopathy.

Matt Stacey
Triathlete, marathon runner and Ironman competitor, Matt Stacey was drawn to osteopathy by his own experience of how injury can frustrate the goals and ambitions of the endurance athlete. He was a part of VFL club Coburg’s medical team for many years but now has a special interest in rehabilitation using pilates-based exercises.

Steve Jones
Although he started his working life as a carpenter, Steve Jones has now been a full-time masseur for nearly thirty years. Thoroughly grounded in the Alexander Technique, and with further skills in acupuncture and weight training, Steve’s many years of working closely with Osteopaths has seen him develop a unique therapeutic massage technique.

Leonie Hibbert
Founding member of the Australian Women’s Natural Health Conference, formulator of her own range of health products, Somatic Psychotherapist, Life Coach, Natural Health practitioner, and with over 25 years experience in alternative health therapies, Leonie Hibbert brings an unrivalled depth of knowledge and understanding to personal development, health and wellbeing.
